Is Asus N43SN available in Malaysia? If so, where can i get it?

most probably some time next month, since N43SL is said to be released 1st week of april. However, there was never any solid news on N43SN arriving here...not that i've heard of at least...

i'll wait for that.. N53SN is just too big for me.

Darn Asus's making people headache over choosing an A series or N series
So the specs for N43SL would be i5-2410M + Nvidia GT540M@RM2899

i'm a sucker for vaio logo too but N43SL for me, my opinion is the main problem for 4830tg is the built in battery and for vaio, is the price..

the y will get beaten by new hp dv4-3000 series with amd 6750m 480 sps gddr5 i already setup some threads and follwed some benchmarks of 6770m gddr5 vs gt 555m

gt 555m is beaten by 6770m and 6750m is slightly downclocked so i hope
for hp i5 2410m+ 6750m within rm 2.7k in mid april

Vaio actually considered cheap at that spec lol i mean considering previous model , but yea vaio doesn't strike out as value for money lappies

n i actually like the idea of buil in batt

i almost bought DV6 6003xt weeks ago i even hug it for awhile .. but yea, the HP seem denial on the SB prob, been lurking a while to finally got some answer regarding that
DV6 is a perfect spec for me , 15" yet slim+i7+bluray sigh.. u make my old wound bleed again

How can it be the same as Singapore is selling both of the model?
Singapore model of notebook always higher end.

A series IS K series, they has been discussed many times before.. Just different name in different countries or different sellers maybe..
SG's model probably higher end specs but doesn't mean it's a diff model @.@

I know K series is not available in Malaysia. But doesn't mean that A series = K series.

Wait, are you comparing it to the old a42/k42 series? Even the asus website shows the same thing as someone mentioned @.@.. Unless you can show us some pics that it's different.. The new A43 series also have better build quality and aluminium palm rest dy if thats what u mean for K43

What do you mean it's not a Malaysia model? Mean this model will not come to Malaysia Market? Any proof? If that's real, then I won't wasting my time anymore to just wait for N43SN and buy purchase the N53SN instead.

Confirmed. I went to Gadget Zone yesterday, n53sn = rm3299. Then another asus model with i5 2410 + gt540 = rm2399. i forgot to check the model number.

well n43sl its confirmed from some newspaper clipings n43sn no news on asus facebook msia

is i7 really much faster then i5 in games and graphic applications?
im still considering between N43SL and N53SN. Substantial price difference.

SB i3, i5 and i7 won't bring much difference in terms of gaming performance
SB i5 would be more than enough for normal, everyday usage

well even i3 sb is very fast for gaming notebookcheck benched it also fast for tasks beats old i5 480m/580 easily i7 quad i prefer because as days go by applications are getting power hungry so for future proofing lets say at least 1.5 to 2yrs i7 2630qm will come handy

Well we all know that the internals are a solid combination.

Now that they rectified the earlier mistakes like that crappy unified mic in/audio out port, single chromed mouse button and frustratingly short battery life among others.

Also it looks pretty good aesthetically. Just that I'm not sure whether they got their cooling for the hard drive worked out properly.

the power supply port is just beside the exhaust right? No problem with hot air blowing at the wire?

If you're scared, just bring the wire up the front instead.

haha, good point, but wire will kacau ma it says 4 hours battery...but i remember at the n53sn thread, there're some users that claim they have that same ammount of battery life too? Hoping at least 3 hours for i7

Well, they packed a larger battery here compared to the older A42 series and coupled with SB, that makes for great battery life. But once you start using it for intensive stuff, you're looking at a much lower figure.

hmmm.. if n43sn/sl don't come with i7 i'm most certain going to ditch it then..
