As of today, total 38 units sold and balance of 17 units. I am also one of the buyer for this ttdi acacia. I bought the intermediate unit. Cant afford to buy corner unit. Actually i was eyeing on the rectangular corner unit. But end up buying intermediate unit for whatsoever reasons.
SA over there told me now the concept is guarded and not gated. Because they told that they wanted to get the individual title. If guarded and gated concept, they cant get individual title but strata title. I do not know how true is it. But SA said the G&G concept will be at the later stage.
Anyone can clarify?

Please do update us if you have more info related to this project.
Besides, how you find about the environment of the surrounding? i.e pollution? because there is a quarry mines nearby and also batching plant behind our boundary.

then urs one is more expensive..have u signed the spa? i m waiting for the loan approval..which bank u apply?

Added on May 28, 2012, 9:00 amalso, the SA told me the developer will fence the boundary using the anti-climb type fencing. but if the residents want the brick type fencing, then residents have to sit down and discuss and pay themselves.
If the developer using access card system to control the entrance of vehicle is still unknown at the moment.

oh Thx for replied  smile.gif
Yes i am actually prefer either Acacia or Ellenia.
Ellenia is cheaper than Acacia. but i am jus like it is near to landscape. (moonson drain)
But ellenia left not much, so i might look into Acacia mayb.

I was thinking to borrow under 1 name.
so 90 % , how much u gonna pay for a month ? is it u get 40 years loan ?
Which bank has aprroved ? is it BLR 2.4 u got ?

Thx again.. smile.gif

It depends on what u want. I chose acacia because we like the exterior design. Quite modern. Even though its more expensive but afterall, this is our first house and for own stay and its still within our budget.
Furthermore acacia has lower density comparing to other phases imho.
I'm getting 35 years loan. With MRTA all included per month is about 3100 with BLR-2.4.
If ur net income able to fulfill the bank's requirement, why not?
We borrow using 2 names because both of us just working for 3 years so not afford to have it individually.
Welcome u to become our neighbourhood in advance.

Mayb i know how much u paid for MRTA ? 35 years?
*
I did not get the MRTA for 35 years. I just get for 27 years (including 2 years construction). It is about 16k only.
If 25 years, it is about 14k.
How much u got?
you also bought acacia?
I got the banks approval already.

bro saam, if u can see my profile pics in FB, its me n my son with snowy white background, anyway congrats on ur loan approval...got mine too today...soooo relieved...so we are for sure neighbours la now rite  rclxm9.gif ? but am still waiting for other banks decision to compare the best offer..

for MRTA, I suggest you don't take for the whole 35 years tenure coz it will cost u a bomb....if you already have life insurance just minus the amount covered by them and decides on ur MRTA...let say if you wanna sell your house after 15-20 years u can't transfer the MRTA and if u surrender the amount will be very very much less....for me Im planning on taking the MRTA for 15 years max...or better u ask ur bank rep, they should know better....if you don't ask they will assume and apply ur MRTA for the whole tenure....for example my MRTA for 40 years tenure is 47k... shocking.gif ..although u have the facility to include the MRTA in ur loan of course...
*
Wah..47k..fainted!!I never ask them to quote for the whole tenure..the max i ask them to offer is 30 years..it costs about 20k..of cos, the older you are the higher u have to pay..haha..
