I had visited the sales office at kajang and very tempted with Acacia end lot but it is very expensive for these units and i have not enuff bullet even with 2% rebate. If they can give 5% mayb can enter. As compare to Mutiara Villa, MV has a lower entry. The loan rep told me that there will be a new project opposite giant. Any idea on this development. Kajang is really developing with all the projects going on there!!

I m looking at Cheras actually....but extend my view at Sg Long n Kajang as dun find any new project in Cheras...
