The land size is huge from 2254 sq ft onwards, making if I compare against TTDI AI, it should be RM 820k onwards, which I consider expensive. I rate AI much higher than Grove. If the land size of 2254 sq ft for Premium Superlink at AI, it may deem expensive but still acceptable. Anyhow, Zirconia is from 660k onwards those sq ft is much smaller. |
