I did not use my Hong Leong Bank Wise card for past year. And I'm asked to pay the Annual Fee before cancellation. Is that right? As I understood from previous banks, I don't have to pay the fee if there is no transaction in current financial year.

I managed to nego with the bank and got card cancelled. But there was a small fee involved.
