I just call UOB card centre to cancel my card..
The call centre gal told me " they have block the card" . But , I need to wait 1 - 2 weeks to wait for cancellation department to call me to "OFFICIALLY CANCEL" the card. I don't understand why It need to take 1-2 weeks... so long time  |
