i want to terminate mbf card, but after their merge with ambank, their phone customer service are really suck, they not answer the phone due to high traffic till 15 minute, i give up to call customer service and can i go to ambank to terminate mbf card ?

guys, my HLB cc approved in jan15, they charged me GST upon approval.
in feb i ask for cancellation, but they said the RM50 cannot be waived eventhough i have not activated my card yet?

is this true? i really need to clear the GST to cancel card???!!!

yes, gst is being charged by gov not bank, so bank couldn't waive it even if you have not activated your card.

yes, better to call CS to terminate.
In my younger years, I keep my HSBC card and its only cancel after 1 year. Mind you that this card is not yet activate. Still dangerous thing to do.

I've settled all the debt on my Citibank card, can I cancel by calling the CS? need to cancel it immediately

how long after cancelling a credit card can you apply foe another new credit card
i recently feel like cancel MBB and plan to take CITI bank CC

Paying outstanding as in full? Meaning including unbilled amount? Or Statement amount? Standard Chartered don't let me cancel it.

If you are cancelling. You need to settle all outstanding amount first, including any balance transfer, installment, etc on that card.

can i cancel and pay remaining (just few ringgits) aeon cc at wangsa maju aeon? this thing keep charging me nonsense like fees and what not cuz i didnt use it frequently
