hi everyone...

my ipad bought from australia last year june, so still got 1 year warranty.

my ipad can't use suddenly last 2 days. so i try to restore it but itunes always "error23"
after i checked googles, error23 normally is hardware problems, means i need send to apple service.

but the problem is...
i lost the receipt, i lost the ipad package...
and i wan check my ipad serial online but i cant get it from my ipad now.

how should i claim my ipad to repair?

there's none at the back of your ipad?

if not, you can try this:

i'm not too sure about ipad's warranty but you can try asking in the ipad's sub-forum. they might know better.
