somemore as one of forummer mention before, the fly over quite tough to ride bicycle or walk on regular basis esp under hot sun.
min need a motorbike or car to go to class.

4th - The location are futher away from UTAR. Not really that near. No shop/food. Some more the opp are Malay small village. Inside got a duck farm. And police always there to road block. Because REMPIT favourite location. DARK and empty.
And don't say cheap construction material and service. Happy Buying. Take A LOOK CAREFULLY!

totally agree with u. i am interested to see what will happen when the houses outnumber the students.
westlake, harvard and kampar perdana alone got a couple hundreds of houses adi. just imagine each house can accomodate 10 student.
putra and soho is located quite far if compare with the 3 place i mention. so for now westlake, harvard and kampar perdana still the most convenient.
however, i tink soho and putra still got potential just need some time, because hospital and police station will be build nearby.

yes kampar putra definitely depends on soho, because they are located right next to soho but more deeper in.
