Stream processor count for HD7770/7750 shown as 1280/1024?

I think it should be 640/512.

btw, is HD7750 available now in Malaysia? thanks.

hi,

I bought a ASUS R9 270 through All IT online shop on Rakuten back in July 2014.

The card comes with a 3 years warranty. My card is now 2 years 1 month

The card is having problem (Windows boot loop with the card installed, windows ok with onboard vga) and I am looking to claim warranty. So I contacted All IT regarding warranty and they ask me to call Asus Malaysia (1300-88-3495) on this.

I called Asus Malaysia and was told that they do not handle graphic card RMA and asked me to go to the retail shop which sold me the card.

So I would like to know who is the party that I am supposed to approach in order to claim warranty for the graphic card?

Thanks for your input. Cheers.

hi ASUSmy,

Thanks for your reply.

I do have the invoice from All IT.

I guess I just needed confirmation that All IT _will_ handle the warranty claim since I am from Seremban, and have to travel to Low Yat for the warranty claim.

It's certainly not fun being bounced between manufacturer and retail outlets when trying to do warranty claim. dry.gif

Cheers!

Hi linux11,

May I ask, do you still have the invoice from All IT? If yes, you can send it to All IT Low Yat Plaza or Digital Mall for the warranty claim.

Thank you
