HI ASUS. I recently bought Asus 27" VZ279HEG1R monitor on 7th Aug and the monitor happened to have no power at all while using today. I need to pull the plug and plug in again to let the monitor have power again.
I bought the monitor from Shopee (CGI Online Store). So far, the reply from the store is very slow. May I know if I can bring the monitor to service centre right away?
