Boot time depend on ur hard disk speed. So buy a SSD will make ur PC boot faster. U can skip all the bios "click FXX for enter BIOS" thing with ASUS fast boot at BIOS setting

thanks, i know the boot time is depends on hard disk and my boot time from POST to desktop is fast, less than 10 sec. What i am asking is pre POST time (from physiaclly press ON button till it shows the POST screen)

Hope you can understand. My current asus mobo using 15 seconds to go to PST screen from the time i press ON button.

So i need to know if the new Asus mobo having the same problem

If ur PC start slow like that video thats mean thats mobo check everything in ur PC before boot up. U must disable unused features like floppy drive.
Maybe u can disable marvell controller, disable raid controller and disabled legacy USB support. Try it firsy
