You know what, I really dont care much about record breaking feat but if Asus is really serious improving their CS to every consumer that bought their product, I consider that a really 'gigantic' feat already..so Mr asus.my tell ur boss, dont disappoint us.

Another thing , any idea where I can buy the optional front USB 3.0 bracket? I'm using a sabertooth P67

giving FALSE HOPE to end-user. WELL DONE ASUS!

It happens not only here...read a lot of displeasure on internet from others abroad having problems too with the replacement\refund program too blink.gif This "Push n Pull" syndrome seems synonymous to Asus now..no wonder Gigabyte and MSI really gaining ground. Come to think of it...maybe my sabertooth P67 FIVE year warranty just 'on paper' only.. hmm.gif

now i know why i felt hesitate and BERAT HATI when bought asus board 4 months ago... wink.gif
how long is warranty period offer is nothing when customer supports / after-sales supports near to ZERO.
are you using your system till 5 years? mine only stands no more than 2 years, after than, change to something else biggrin.gif

which makes me seriously considering to part with my saberrtooth now and maybe try other mainstream brand..MSI GD65 or Giga UD7 looks tempting hmm.gif

obviously u didn't read the whole story before typing here.  vmad.gif  mad.gif
my accessories are missing and they given me a Frankensteined board with abuse signs when they're supposed to give me a new B3 board.
I'm sure that u will be sad receiving such a board, right?
I don't care who's ur pity fren working for ASUS just that I'm hoping that they do their job correctly according to right procedure.
Mixing up between 1-to-1 swap and RMA procedures; lack of effective communication between ASUS and distros are some of the serious issues here.
What a shame bcos ASUS is such a big company and has great reputation worldwide, but don't know how to take care of their customers in such a small country.  sweat.gif

Just wondering..why also suddenly..haven't heard frm Asus.my for his PR work on behlf of Asus Malaysia and some clarifications if not, maybe a concrete solution to predicaments faced by BOTH consumer and reseller

You certainly have a good grasp on the situation here. As for myself, I am following exactly what ASUS decreed and what was instructed locally (both of which are essentially the same), and doing my part to enforce it. But like you said, there are said complications for resellers and because ASUS is a big company, I can only do so much. And believe you me, if I did have the right authority, I definitely would change certain things. But for now, I am making effort in dealing with the cases here and so far, two of them have been solved. I sincerely hope they are okay with the outcome.
I'm dealing with the cases individually by PM, hence not that many public posts from me tongue.gif

With regards to a concrete solution, I can only say that I am doing my part in solving these cases personally and making it known to the department heads about this lingering issue.

Thanks for replying... There's no problem inside Windows 10. What I'm facing is inside BIOS or when my pc boots up.
It must have a setting inside BIOS itself but I just do not know how to switch the Primary(vertical one) to the PG348Q.  sad.gif

I'm using PG348Q (DP) and 7" LCD monitor (HDMI) with Asus Maximus X ..AFAIK there're no settings on BIOS to set primary display monitor for Asus.

Apart from Win10 display settings in Control Panel, you need to check in Nvidia control panel too and set primary Monitor 1 to PG348Q and the other monitor as secondary with BOTH on Horizontal display first
