linkinpark,
If you really need it, let me check if we got extra in our service center or not. As it's not really an accessories you can buy off the shelves.

kopitiamtard,
Apart of the P8Z77-i Deluxe, we have the P8H77-i. Check the link below.

jchue73,
We are sorting out some interesting package for Essence One. If you are interested, kindly PM me your details and we will direct you to a HiFi shop to test it.

deodorant,
I'm sorry that this is a Hardware and Components thread. Which does not include Notebook, Mobiles and Tablet.

linkinpark,
PMed you on your enquiry. Finger crossed!!

Naraw,
No, changing the thermal pasti won't void the warranty. And when you want to change the thermal paste of a Graphics Card, we deeply believe you know what you are doing. Not may people who even knows what is a thermal paste. biggrin.gif

kopitiamtard,
Last we know is that Viewnet - The Hub still has 2 pieces on the shelves. biggrin.gif

Hi Asusmy. Recently needed to send my Asus Graphic card for warranty.

The store confirmed that my graphics card was faulty, and since I did not have the box I would need to wait a month - to ship back to Asus.

My question is: Would Asus Malaysia try to repair my faulty component and then ship it back to me or will it be a brand new one? Why would it take one whole month?

Chinese new year. Taiwan is close for two weeks and only reopen by 17th/18th of Feb. It's not just Asus. Most brands will have rather long wait time during holiday season.

twelvester,
For components product, you can claim RMA via the dealer you purchased from.

primaroti,
Replacing VGA's thermal paste won't voice the warranty. No worries.

toiletwater,
Would appreciate if you could provide us the S/N and and who did you send in for RMA. It would ease us alot in getting the actual picture. Cheers.
