The PN50 Ryzen 3 is available(but not online at the moment). The Ryzen 5 & 7 are estimated to be available around mid of March 2021.

ASUSmy i need your help on my issue i currently facing.

after i open up my Armoury Crate then i go to device and select my rog gladius ii core mouse then i will become loading forever no mather i try to uninstall the armoury crate, restart pc and install again still facing the same problem.
other function in armoury crate is function without any issue.
*** refer to 1st screenshot.

got 1 time after i install armoury crate, is was able to load into my rog gladius ii core mouse setting page for 1 time only. after that on next day i want to go back into the device setting page it happen the same issue again.


now i try to install the older version of the ROG Armoury ii and this software had no issue at all, but 1 thing i just only notice on armoury crate it show my mouse is disconnected, on that moment i still using the mouse to click.
how possible to happen this kind of issue

the currently windows i am using is windows 10 pro 20h2 version 64bits.

Have you try to do check whether there is new firmware update for the ROG Gladius II Core and try reset the ROG Gladius II Core also using the ROG Amoury.

i haved check there is no any new firmware update for me, i had also try reset the ROG Gladius II Core and still facing same issue.

May I know does this happen previously or it already having this problem the first time you connect the OG Gladius II Core?

Can you provide an image of the Amoury Crate version and the firmware version of the Gladius II Core.

And do you have any other PC or laptop to test the mouse with Amoury Crate?

on the 1st time when i start using the mouse is using with ROG Amoury 2 software and recently only start changing to amoury crate.[attachmentid=10911388]

i do only having 1 pc, no any other pc or laptop able to do testing.

Any info on when the Flow X13 with the 3050ti GPU will be out? I know the 1650 is out but who wants that when 3050ti is coming soon. Looking forward to getting one ASAP!

Can you try to use the uninstaller tools to uninstall the Amoury Crate and reinstall it again? Do uninstall the ROG Amoury also.

If the problem still persist, will need your help to generate a log for checking. Armoury Crate Settings > About > App diagnostics and click the “Record log” then check the Gladius II Core Settings page again, if still encounter the issue, please generate the log for us.
