...the jabs and the schedule should be in the buku rekod kesihatan given to you by the hospital/doctor... as for costs, for the first two kids we took them to the resident pediatrician, which varied from I think from RM120 to RM300+, not including consultation

... the next two, I decided, although the love is no less would have to cost me a lot less (despite wife's objections). I remembered a friend telling me that shots and consultation (okay, not really consultations, more a basic check-up) at the gov'ment clinics were free, and asked him which, when and where. The trick is to find some obscure, out of the way klinik kesihatan, oh yeah it would help if your kampung has one of these since, if I remember correctly, there needs to be a link to your address and the clinic, meaning you have to be staying at the vicinity of the klinik kesihatan's operational uh radius? Cos the midwife will come and check the baby and so on...
..Okay, I might be rambling from there so I'd better stop... my memory is hazy regarding this, so you might not need all that... my point is the shots at gov'ment clinics are free but you do need to avoid the big ones as the queue will be a mile long... or just pay up and get the job done at your local specialist

...me? papa needs his gadgets so what can be gotten free and beats a long line of sick folks, you know I'll be there
