OMG cant believe im exposing myself on lowyat forum... this will come and haunt me in the future.. but hey its to help keep me motivated.So sneaky snoopy friend that is ROTFL , continue laughing--- cos its good for health but dont torture me cos i wanna be healthy too.
Gain 6 kg in the last 4 mths.. doesnt help that i never lost my 5kg post lets skip gym for work period last year.grr... hopefully it wont happen again after ill start working in may.
so here goes...

so ive only decided to go on diet abt 3 sec ago.. so diet today.. pretty shit.
Morning : Coffee Mocha
lunch : half cup of rice, soy sauce chicken and stir fried tofu with ice lemon tea
pre dinner : ice lemon tea.
dinner :one cup of rice and tomyam (hungry!!)
supper : Mocha.
Exercise : 3 hrs of swimming... wasnt hard training.. just nice swim..
Goal: ST is to go back to my weight 9 yrs ago.. which was 57 kg. perfect weight will be 53kg but i wanna live not kill myself thin. LT - maybe one day run a marathon : blame the biggest loser- everyone says its do able..if they can do it.... maybe i can
PLan of action
walk 3 km/day first week , 4 km second week, 5 km third week.
swim one hr hard swim
yoga i hr daily
weight training : whatever the gym ppl throw at me.
food. keep the calorie to 1250. not looking fwd to this.... my 2 mocha which is staying will have 500 calorie.
stop eating at 6 pm. Multivit i guess, ohh and metamucil fibre...
joy of being on hiatus....
