Hi all, icon_question.gif

I just bought my android mini yesterday and I managed to get a cupcake drool.gif but it seems to be very dirty. shocking.gif There are some dust like particles when I open from the packaging and when I touch it, it stains my android and won't go away. I've tried wipe, scratching and washing it but nothing works. cry.gif I'm scared it I will damage the paint or make the smell go away. Does anybody know how to solve the problem? Or has anyone encountered such a problem? icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

This is the pic of my cupcake...

Hi bro, as a collector, this is actually VERY NORMAL.
It's because the manufacturing process is manual labour + machinery.
It is not from an automated process...
So minor defects are expected. biggrin.gif

That is also how you can tell ori from fakes.

Hey...

I just found out the stains can be easily removed by using a rubber eraser !!! (but please rub with gentle pressure)

if you have problems with your Android Mini, please let us know. you can send an email to sales[atATat]takenshop.com with the pictures of the problem, explanation of the problems, shop name, location & official receipt of your purchases to us.

We will only accepts purchases from us and our authorized premium retail shops. From there, we will discuss and give you a reasonable solution.

Beware of the rubbing process.. apply too much pressure will caused the paint to have discoloration.
To preserve the smell, store it in a acrylic case.

BTW, thanks for your compliment wink.gif

Hi all,

Thank you so much for all the advises! The stains on my cupcake are almost gone. Rubbing bit by bit everyday and cautiously so that the paint doesn't come off.

Thank you so much to the Taken Shop for their help! thumbup.gif They really went the extra mile to serve their customers rclxms.gif

Now i wanna buy the blank DIY mini android brows.gif but I'm not such an artistic person like Doomsday though..haha.. Btw, what type of acrylic pens do you use? Any specific brands?

Thank you once again! rclxm9.gif
