if i am not mistaken, the one with the beach concept is La Costa, which is under construction now, probably VP in 2015 only.
A'marine is the one beside completed Nautica. Looking at A'marine...VP should be mid or third quarter this year.

Went to Sunway sales office about 2 months ago, and still got 10-20% units available in A'marine....SA didn't tell me those were bumi lots.
Launch price 2 years back around 550psf i think.....2 months back SA was quoting me around 600psf.....but i remember mostly larger units remaining. Smallest also around 1400 or 1500sf.

Personally, i would rather go for Nautica....the one that was sold en-bloc to Koreans. Was launched or sold at 600psf last time, but due to many internal complication, it is around 580-600psf now comparing to A'marine....and it is partly/fully furnished already by the korean co... m2c.
