If iPhone 5 why they don't select the date to be oct 5th?
Maybe it's iPhone 4s

I didn't say you have to pick a date to coincide with the product model number - you did. If you care to read my post again, I'm asking a question not making a statement. And I said "maybe" it's oct 4th because it's 4s. MAYBE!

You and I also dunno the facts. We are all speculating.

Apple has seemingly outed the "iPhone 4S" name in the latest iTunes beta released Friday, according to this screenshot (above) posted by 9to5Mac.

The screenshot shows specific mention of the "iPhone 4S" using the same image icon as the iPhone 4 CDMA. This suggests that the new iPhone will be called the iPhone 4S and will look identical to the Verizon CDMA iPhone 4

It's possible that the image is only a placeholder, but all previous parts evidence has suggested that the new iPhone 4S will look nearly identical to the current iPhone.

Apple is holding its media event on Tuesday, October 4th where the company is expected to launch the new iPhone.

Sure I am a bit disappointed that its not a whole new redesigned iPhone but then on the other hand, I'm glad cause
I really like the current all glass design. After a year of usage, it still looks brand new and I dont even have a cover, case or screen protector on it.

Sure its not called iPhone 5 but look at the internal hardware changes of the 4s, I say its pretty major. Would it pleases you more to see a completely redesigned case but internal hardware still the same?
The only hardware feature that I looked forward to getting was a bigger screen.

For me I am very excited to see all those new iOS 5 features and I think this new feature SIRI alone will sell the new iPhone 4s. Its amazing! This is something really cool.

One thing I must say is, from the Event, the crowd really sound disappointed. You can hardly hear any clapping and its a small hall unlike previous Keynotes. And the Apple presenters including Cook, has a bit of fear in them.
They dont look and sound confident at all. The only person that sounded excited is Scott. But then he gets to show off the greatest part of iPhone 4s which is SIRI

For those people who like to compare specs between this phone and that phone, let me tell you, its not about specs but what it can do. And how well it can do it.
