Ermm it's fake. A long time ready circulating around the web....
But i believe iPhone 5th gen will get new design along with upgraded iPhone 4.

Added on September 3, 2011, 6:05 pmFrom all the ''case" leaks. All i can summarize the design will be tapered from top to bottom.
