If you have an iPad 2 and iPhone 4, don't bother about the 4S as your iPad 2 has the A5 chip and most of the iOS 5 features are stunning on an iPad rather than the iPhone. The only few good new features on the 4S are the Siri voice assistant and the new camera, others just the same and not of a big deal.
