I think nowadays IP4 not as expensive like last time. Last time SE P990i cost bout RM2999. I bought O2 XDA II Mini for RM2699 also. Then the XDA IIs cost a whooping RM3499. Dopod duo which model liau also cost RM3000k++

well you can see the trend when the iphone 3g came to msia..2990 for 16gb, then 3gs cheaper, then 4 lagi cheaper..so tis means the next generatiom iphone will lagi lagi cheaper

maybe coz that was the first iphone to come to malaysia

Just for info, I bought my GF an iphone4 recently, the maxis staff told me new model is due around sept this year. Wonder if that the actual date to reach malaysia or only for US

If Apple benchmarking their upcoming iPhone with the most highest spec in the market currently, like the Samsung Galaxy S2, dual-core processor and 8mp camera are the "must" changes for next generation iPhone, I assume.

It's not necessary apple will change according to current technology or higher spec..iPhone Biggest attraction is the speed and the iOS (for me) for example iPhone still don't fix front camera on 3GS when it's was like 5 years ago technology ? Probably they wanna keep the technology and Put in the iPhone 5? Lol that's what they did for 3G and 3GS.. Change the camera and processor -.-

Since performance and speed are on the list of their priorities, I don't find any reason why they don't make it dual-core, they got the A5, just make it compatible with iPhone and that's about it.. Camera.. It is more on subjective side, some may find the 5mp is sufficient enough while some looking for higher mp, no idea.

ya true IMO apple will use A5 chip in next gen iphone, increase the camera pixel, then bigger screen. thats what my prediction of next iphone what else it can be? haha

been checking from macrumors this couple of months... and the rumors about new iphone keep mounting up.... eventhou some of the info are a bit contradict... but most of them agree its going to be on september and hope its true....

for me upgrade is unavoidable....

But IF the new iphone does comes out in september, the iphone 4 will have minimal price drop right?
