Di Stefano complained about how Real Madrid played in Santiago Bernabeu against Barcelona....
Question: you want to win ugly and have result? or play fancy football like arsenal but no results? they all should have anticipated that wan they hire Mourinho as their coaches Chelsea... Inter..all defensively sound... and look at how many trophy he won for them? negative coach? I would rather call that tactical move to make Barca ineffective. while Barca can dominate the possession.... how do the opponent play good football? it's entirely impossible ..... He sounds like Wenger who whine when a physical team like Stoke get a draw and prevent them from getting all 3 points there's a different approach at different times to adopt attacking style or defensive play .... those will not change the approach will eat their own dust one day... look back to Arsenal... no less than Barcelona in attacking flair ..but they often lack plan B This post has been edited by tzxsean: Apr 19 2011, 07:39 PM |

QUOTE(kevraul @ Apr 20 2011, 12:23 AM) Yes,u might prefer results. But understand where di stefano come from.he wants good football and results, like the real madrid of old. Real fans want good football, mou wants results.its hard to say if real madrid will chane mou or mou will change madrid.i am suspecting real madrid will be real madrid, good football is a must.mou will go one day QUOTE(nouruddines @ Apr 20 2011, 12:28 AM) result>good football well if this matter keep on continue i bet this is the last season for him.. yay time for me to change the wind as well QUOTE(raul88 @ Apr 20 2011, 12:41 AM) he get the job done the main cause is florentino perez himself...of course if possible i want to watch real madrid like zidane figo reberto carlos era but at the end of the day, no one will care about gameplay result is all that matter his galatico concept buying stars instead of breeding in youth academy see from man utd of 98....barcelona of 07 it's not real play like tat every league match... it's a special tactic to counter Barcelona and it's the sole reason Mourinho join Real tis is only the 1st season ...while Barca players already play with each other for at least few years sure there is some different in quality of game play if the quality of players are indifferent |

QUOTE(Robin Hood @ Apr 20 2011, 01:16 AM) give mourinho some timeInter did not win every outright in his 1st season in Italy ...like I said the defensive tactic is the only way to upset the current Barcelona im sure he will come out with better approach next season ... and wad can u do when the other team is the best in keeping possession how to play beautiful football against them? no team will ever get higher possession time against them not even Arsenal success and good football are not instant cup noodle 3 mins then u can taste it already SAF oso on the verge of being sack before winning his 1st trophy even the beautiful football obsessed professor had hard time against them.... btw..Rafa approach to game isnt better than Mourinho... wan beautiful game..should go for wenger.... and then... there will be ppl complain there's no success... remember wad happened when real going for attacking football and ended up 5-0 slaughtering by barca and when this happens again and again... will Di Stefano be happy? will the fans be happy? expect the current barca can maintain their game play for at least 5 years ... QUOTE(barca96 @ Apr 21 2011, 04:38 PM) congrats madrid fans. lolx... maybe...i went to barca thread and talked bout mourinho tacticgood thing that you guys won, otherwise di stefano would've attacked mourinho again! i could already sense di stefano already scribbling notes in the 2nd half when it was a cat and mouse game.lol. you guys are really cool. when we lost to arsenal we had some trolls. not just here. but on any barca sites. spanish football team' fans are more civilised eh? looked abit intense..but ntg happened i wonder wad will happen if i go arsenal city or chelsea thread to post such thing |

QUOTE(jakal sombong @ Apr 21 2011, 06:43 PM) Sergio Ramos' Copa del Rey celebration started off graceful enough with a short routine he performed on the pitch using a matador's cape after Real Madrid's 1-0 win over Barcelona at the Mestalla. But once he did a bit more celebrating, things took a turn for the worse. When Real arrived back in a rain-soaked Madrid and boarded an open-top bus that would take them to the center of the late-night celebrations at the Plaza de Cibeles, Sergio Ramos took hold of the Copa del Rey trophy and held it high above his head at the front of the bus as it moved slowly through the streets. Maybe it was the rain, maybe it was all the jubilant jostling on the bus or maybe it was just Sergio Ramos being a spaz, but at approximately 4:15 a.m., the trophy slipped out of his hands and fell under the bus. Seriously. This is something that happened. Less than 24 hours after winning the thing for the first time since 1993 and Sergio Ramos broke it. So with the trophy lodged under the bus' front bumper, the driver had to stop and get out as a group of cops came over to pry it out. The celebration continued on and everyone seemed far too happy to be upset about the accident. Somewhere, Pep Guardiola watched and chuckled, knowing that his telekinesis worked. |
