I ate everything on number one to 17 except for raw fish. Ate lots of watermelon, yogurt, and grilled salmon. Gynae advise not to take Chinese herbs. I will finish one big pot of barley/loh hon kor once a week.
Coffee? Everyday one pack of 3 in 1 nescafe. Pineapple? Never like it but I do take those canned ones.
One more thing, in your 3rd trimester, drink coconut water. Heard that it helps to prevent jaundice.
