Hi guys,
I am asked to go for an interview in Kencana headquarter. I am wondering what will they ask, and also how is the company? Kencana Hl is in Lumut. Anyone work there or heard any feedback on them? What is the basic salary for a fresh graduate in Mechanical Engineering Degree. Thanks |

I am going to work as mechanical engineer, so most probably will be going to kencana HL in lumut. I doubt i will be using any erp software. hahahaha |

Hey! Yeah, the interview? hmmm... didnt ask a single theory stuffs or anything bout the company. she straight ask me bout myself and also wat can i offer to them.
some questions she ask, its kinda hard to answer coz some answers, i dont know yet. she even ask me to convince her why should she hire me. i went speechless. hahahaha |
