read the asus eee pad FB status, they announced some countries including singapore will receive this tablet early this month.

other countries not mentioned will receive it in may.

android honeycomb tablets manufacturers are having a very bad marketing decisions here, ipad2 most likely will be launched this friday.

if they want to compete with ipad2, they should release it before ipad2.

i've been waiting for honeycomb tablet to be released here for so long, if ipad2 coming this friday, i will get ipad2 since i need it for travel purpose.

that price excluding local US states tax and cost of shipping + tax in malaysia + profit margin.

do you think people sell things for charity and bear all the cost for you?

i'm not trying to be a b**** here, you can always buy it in singapore starting middle of may for SGD$699. just a little bit cheaper than the price irwan stated.

i hope maxis price it right, i know xoom is expensive everywhere.
i already sold my ipad1 anticipated for any reasonably price honeycomb tablet or ipad2, whichever comes first with the right price.

Added on April 26, 2011, 11:12 amregarding ipad2, with all the rumours and sightings of ipad2 stocks in some resellers store, plus some stores secretly taking pre orders, it is pretty much confirmed ipad2 will be launched on the same date as singapore which is 29th april.

- maxis also hiring part time promoters for ipad data plan for the weekend throughout the month of may.
- machines hiring temporary sales assistant for 29th & 30th april.

i will wait for maxis xoom pricing first (provided they announce it before ipad2 on sale), if it's too expensive i will buy ipad2 as well, no other choice. i can change to honeycomb tablet later on and sell ipad2.

apple product very easy to sell, i sold my ipad1 last sunday after a few hours posted it online for sale.

with the ipad2 launching with very low price, they better price it right.

so far ipad2 is at the top of my list unless xoom and eepad launched with attractive price and their availability are before 12th may.

Yes I agree if I want a keyboard I would buy a laptop.

But mouse function sometimes is necessary especially when you want to set profile picture in Facebook webpage where you have to use mouse to crop your picture.
