Wondering if I can ask for the card upgrade. Still holding a Master Gold now, with no extra benefits at all. Been holding their card since 2007. Probably I should ask for Enrich cards now?

Called yesterday night to check outstanding (since spending spree during xmas) and also thought asking to upgrade my CIMB gold card and also limit, but it seems the CS is VERY uninterested to talk to their customer at all. Will probably went to bank directly and consult with them.

Any CIMB agent here can help probably? also to convey these bad feedback to improve their service.

CIMB by far is the easiest bank to deal for me but the CS is just too lousy la. Probably I have to talk to the morning/afternoon CS instead of Night/midnight CS?

Is it? I don't remember when I ask them to increase from RM5k to RM7k last time. Just remember calling them up to increase.

I never been to CIMB centers to apply stuff, except my savings account i guess.

Didn't submit them, but early this year I got all the SMS for every transaction.

So no BT or smart plan in CIMB anymore? I think I should BT all the balance to my other card and cut CIMB. Heck I don't even know why they disapprove my card upgrade after I send in request.

Gonna cut this card soon. Used for over 5 years already yet still stuck in Gold with 7k limit. Seriously.

Mostly pay full, never missed any payment at all.

last time work salary low i apply they give 4k with classic, after 1 year, they give gold and 7k.

Of course i'm not asking them to go review every single cc holder but 5 years gap. :S It's like they just took my money but never care to give more services.

So far only have 1 running loans which is about to end this Dec. Well, I have resent another request form to ask for credit limit increase.

A call to the CS reveal that they only reject my application for card upgrade but no news about the credit limit. I believe they just threw my form away after rejecting the first request I put in the form.

Ah, kinda good news. *Pray - where's my 0% BT PROGRAM!

Anyway, I can make my PC purchases now.

If shop provide 0% installment ler.
Else I had to use this isn't it?

I haven't ask yet. At least I have a backup plan incase the shop doesn't do 0% installment
