Anyone using cimb cash rebate Platinum, is lazada.com.my purchases entitled to 5% cash rebate?

Its MCC is for e-commerce?

I just received the rm10 rebate due to revert to e-statement usage..

I sent my request thru sms on Dec 23...
Efficient or what....

Now waiting for my Cash Rebate Plat welcome cash of RM150... the tele-sales lady say will get it within 90days... it is due now and i dont see any sign of it... later will call ...

When did you received your card and how long you waited for the RM150 welcome bonus to be credited?

i have waited 90 days, still haven't seen my welcome bonus...

I just got my welcome bonus RM200 dy for Cash Rebate Plat, after called CS. Seems they forgot to give it after more than 90 days using my new card ...

Well, i was actually offered rm150 during telemarketing call, so the extra is a nice surprise.

The CS line was quick, nice and friendly, very quick access by phone menu, unlike some International bank which had to go through many menus.
