for installment plan, better find a merchant that offer 0% plan. i think most of the local bank cimb, mbb or pbb do offer that.

You are not talking about Easy Installment, you are referring to [B]conversion of your normal purchase to Easy Installment plan. All banks charge a percentage for this conversion if they do offer this program. The conversion is independent of whatever card you are holding ... it is valid so long you are a valid cardholder.[/B]

Some people 0.5% already make noise and this is not a matter whether the interest is cheap or not. We over here do not encourage people to build their debt using credit card as this will lead to spending beyond their limit. Have money, pay all.
