You mean those CIMB Card Centres in Sunway Pyramid and Pavillion KL ?
*
You can just go to any of their card centres if you like. If you apply with them before 430pm, you will get your card issued an hour later. I did at Pavilion for the upgrade of my DA Visa Platinum to CIMB Visa Signature. Bring your payslip as back up but only give to them if they need it. Normally they won't ask for it.

CIMB VS vs CIMB VI.

In term of the cards, I can see both giving almost the same benefit. The different is VS gives out points while VI gives out rebates. Which is better? Rebates or points?

I just did some calculation. Normally 200 points = RM1. So if RM200 x 0.5% = RM1. Which mean if I'm right both cards are the same in terms of point/rebate benefit. Or am I missing something here?

Both gives you almost the same returns and you can also use CIMB points to redeem on the spot like cash at selected merchants/outlets. Diff, VI CL Min RM100K, VS I got no idea.

VS CL min RM50k. I was thinking of upgrading the card. Will see if they would approve it. smile.gif

Surprisingly CIMB did accept my World and Infinite application eventhough I didn't meet the income requirement. Just that I had to submit a lot more documents (like a normal card application) instead of just the latest salary slip. Still worth it. Applied at Sunway Pyramid for the 1 hour approval and the staffs are very helpful. Special thanks to Ms Farah for helping ease out the application process.

Hi,
Would it work?
Im planning to get the CIMB Plat.
Min income is 60,000k per annum.
I am earning >60,000k per annum. That is, inclusive of my allowance (travelling allowance etc.)
However, in my pay slip, it states 48,000k.
Do you think I can qualify?
*
They do look onto the allowances as well. If your gross is constantly almost or more than the requirement, they will probably accept it. Pass them 3 months salary slip so they could assess better.

Anyone holding VI and/or WM tried changing the statement date before? I tried to change to a date near my salary date but they don't allowed it. She said only one date with such card and that would be on the 11th every month.

I did reconfirm back with card centre. It's confirm only one date for VI and WM which is on the 11th and VS is on 25th.
