be smart, refer to ocbc titanium and hongleong wise card or mbb2card. they give better offer without spending a dollar and cent(except wise card)

i have applied the cimb rebate platinum hrough rakuten to enjoy rm 200 rakuten point. i want to ask that at faq there is a additional cash rebate. how it work. john have received his statemnt(dated 28 july) has a total of rm 30 and posted as CASH REBATE. so that, john is entitled for rm 20 for additional cash rebate and posted as additonal cash rebate in following month.

i want to spend rm100 to get rm20 additional rebate by buying MAS ticket(20 percent discount). so i need to buy it before 28july or after 28 july to get this rm 20 additional cash rebate?
