while mastercard promo is only for debit card, not credit.

1. kl sentral confirmed cannot use card

i remember i went there on 3/10 morning to bfast, cannot use, then i said to them if cannot use card then put la cash only sign!
i went later on 13/10 saw they put the sign already
but, i went to cashier that dont have cash only sign, and on my turn, i said want to use cimb for 5%
the cashier said cannot use card. i said this cashier dont have cash only sign so should be can use card lah!
the cashier ask for supervisor there (differet shirt color) and the supervisor said just pay the amount no need tax
and, my other 7 colleagues next also did the same thing! haha

2. if the Q is not so long, usually i go ask the cashier 1st can use card or not.
so far, kfc kajang next to pizza hut and kfc tesco kajang (only 2 of 3) confirmed can use cimb

additional info - the cashier always ask me - want to redeem points? then i said redeem points min must be rm20, rm5 cannot use, just want 5%

my case at kfc kl sentral there, discout should be 5% while tax is 6% but maybe thats happen only 1 time, free 6%.

this is bcoz, kfc must pay with that cimb card to get 5%.
while bk, u can just show the card and pay using cash or other card! (doing this so many times @ bk before gombak toll)

my latest statement 13/10 (1st time only use all all kfc besides tm autodebit! didnt use DA for others! haha)

drive-thru cannot use card, must pay inside

and show-card-pay-cash only happen to me once at kl sentral. wont expect that to happen again

this is bcoz that 5% discount must pay using cimb cards.

yea, this kfc jln uni (near ppum), i Q at 240pm, got 3 people only infront of me, the cashier very slow, jalan lenggang2 take chicken then go to back for a while then come to front take water, bla3, and my turn is at 302pm, (1 order approx 7 minutes????) cannot get lunch treats price anymore! and cannot use card also!

DA give me free upgrade 2 years ago. but the new card number is different. dunno why.

while hsbc free upgrade retain same card number.

try spend 5-figures amount per month then pay full the statement balance.

or just spend till reach limit then pay immediately on same day so the limit will be available back.

if they see ur spending is not high, why need to upgrade?

or just provide them ur latest 3 months payslip ~

but now DA dont have gold anymore right? u might received free upgrade later

if look at DA website, few months already gold card have been removed from there.

previously they just send me new card with new number and new expiry month but expiry year is same

old card expiry 01/14, new card 12/14. extend 11 months only?

luckily no gst charged for the new card

if u can provide 2x payslip of at least rm6,700/month then should be no prob to upgrade for plat ~
