i have been using direct access platinum for years and i really love their service ...
thumbs up for them...thats why even i have many other cards, i still use only my direct access...recently i have dispute an online transaction made to my card which was usd800++...they immediately dispute for me (even now still under investigation) and replace a new card withint 30 minutes!! impressed...coz as far as i know, other banks takes about 1 week++ ... for preferred customers also within 24 hours, not within 30 minutes!! |
