I hope you can answer my question regarding the buy 1 free 1 movie ticket.

Last Saturday evening, I went to The Garden to buy Premiere Class tickets, in the hope to get the buy 1 free 1 by using the Visa Signature card. However, the lady told me that I can't get the buy 1 free 1 on Saturday. I asked the reason why can't I get it, she just repeated her first answer, but with additional she said I can get the buy 1 free 1 only for 11.45pm show that night (Sat).

I would like to know is there any T&C stated in this buy 1 free 1 movie ticket promotion that the final decision is to be made by GSC? Do they have the rights to whether allow or not to allow people to get the buy 1 free 1 movie ticket at the specific date and time?

Is there a quota under this promotion? I'm afraid there's nothing to do with the quota issue in this case.

Hope somebody can clarify and lodge a complaint to GSC if they breach the contract.

I'm just hoping that, since Superwoman is working in CIMB, perhaps she can forward the issue to the respective dept to look into. As I'm not sure if there's any T&C stating that it is bound to the discretion of GSC. If there is, we should not argue further.
