Just call CS before your statement date. They extended the flexi payment (insurance, education, hospital bill) until 31 Dec.
Normal retail purchase smart i pay plan, they just announce yesterday. Will continue but the 1 time charges increase.
3% for 10 months, 5% for 20 months and 6 % for 30 months. Basically increase 1% from previous plan.
Balance transfer only 6 months without interest remain until 31st Dec. The 12 months plan already discontinued.

Fax or email, no need to go to branch. For me, i think the best way is email. cardcentre@cimb.com, and request acknowledgement of the email. Technically all form can email, except change of address and third party authorization. These 2 need to send original letter.Is going to the branch the only option here?

I doubt it. See the pattern. They start the promotion on 2010 for Saturday and Sunday. Then January 2011 they just give rebate on Sunday. Now totally remove.

Hehe.. if you plan to cancel the signature card have to wait after 2 months, or else they will charge the price of trolley bag back to your account. rm50 for a trolley bag, i say it's not a bad deal.
