Before i use it, i purposely made a call to clarify with their CS that if PayPal is considered e-commerce and they said yes! I've just made a call just now and the CS replied they will investigate it and let me know ASAP, what kind of bank is this? They are not even sure themselves which are 5% and which are not...
And may i know where did you do the transaction? Foreign or local web?
