got my cimb plat cash back today at the garden after 1 hour+, the only attractive point is their max cap rm250 cash rebate on 1st retail transaction.

cimb service really getting bad.....i submitted my phone number to their website for this CC....no one call me , 2 weeks already

i did every week from 5.8.13 onwards, all around 9.30Am i thought that would be even before any shop opens........if alot buying from 12might, then  gone lah, i wont get any CB at all...........but  i think they only take the day not the time. So on first day ie every Monday cukup la.......

yalo... tat day when i asked the CIMB CS.... i surprised that she said like that...  

to aim for this cash back, i standby everything on sunday night,

so i use my cimb on monday morning 00:00....
but now i abit confused after reading their T&C
i dont know whether payment via agoda is it eligible....?

just be extremely careful with CIMB cc promo calls, i also had an incident where this lady called and promo the online 20% cash back card for airlines; i prompt her asking about the cap and she told me none. I gave her 2 examples;

Buy 2k air ticket - rebate RM400
Buy 10k air ticket - rebate RM2000

She said yes!!!i knew it was not right as she already keep prompting me to agree to T&C and told her your website says otherwise, she then say will check and call me back. Later of course u know the story - apologize and still try to push though. I told her a big No and wrote a complaint to her team leader. He apologize and told me the members still new

Aggressive promo is ok but sending your army without full knowledge is really sinful.

Yup... KL is credit card heaven. Shopping in isetan get 10% rebate, apply new one-hour credit card get 50% rebate, shopping in klcc having Visa get free parking for x hours.

got another cash back for week 5 total spend RM15xx, but week 4 RM16xx didn't get

Yupe. RM2500 for 10 weeks. But that will be spending RM1,000 x 10 weeks = RM10,000.00

Looks like most local airlines Fireflyz, Airasia and now MAS are not considered as 'AIRLINE' to CIMB with some clever T&C, time to report to BNM. Maybe Malindo is one, any one tried?

What is the point? They charge me RM50 GST, ask me spend RM200 to get a RM50 rebate. Nett nett I get nothing. Better I spend RM200 on my AMEX, got 5x points.
