Yes, it indicates that your card application is approved. Pay the GST when it appears in your monthly statement.

For the statement RM10 campaign, do take note of the following clause:

Entry
5. The Eligible Cardmember shall be notified of this Campaign via CIMB‟s E-Direct Mailer (e-mail) sent by CIMB to
the Eligible Cardmember‟s e-mail address maintained in CIMB‟s records (the “E-mail”) or via Short Message
Service (SMS) sent by CIMB to the Eligible Cardmember‟s mobile number maintained in CIMB‟s records (the
“SMS”).

In other words, it is by invitation only

For CIMB pay with points, it states that purchases must be worth at least RM25. As long as I buy something above RM25, I can use my points right even though my points are just few hundreds?

If I link my new CIMB credit card to my CIMBClicks SA, does it mean I subscribe to the eStatement service automatically and I would not be receiving any hard copy of monthly statement?
*
For my case, I still receive my statement in hardcopy. This was in Feb 2013 by the way.
