Looking for good contractors to renovate my 2 bathrooms at bukit jalil apartment. The scope of works include:-
1- workmanship & raw material (exclude tiles) to dispose & replace with new tiles (floor & wall)..approx 95sf floor size for both bathrooms..no idea the calculation for wall sf...approx 7.5 feet height.
2- dispose & install new basins & bowls for both bathrooms.
3- water proof work for both bathrooms.
Kindly pm me the details of its pricing, man-days needed, terms of payment, and your company info. Thanks.

I would be interested to know this too. I was told my a friend of mine who's doing exactly this to expect to spend ~RM4-5k per bathroom which I think is abit much.

The most expensive part is putting a tile all over the bathroom.. from floor until ceiling.. To me, a nicely renovated bathroom will cost around that figure also, ~RM4-5K.

cant remember the size. i think slightly smaller than yours if not mistaken.. exludes basin, wc, new taps. includes hacking old tiles, plaster, dispose, wall and floor tiles up to ceiling, water proof...will try to snap some pictures after i move in.
