unifi is just a internet connection service.. your CCTV run off wifi and internet connection? you better ask your cctv provider

of course you cannot plug in the cctv into the unify/router. Even with streamyx or whatever broadband you use, you can't plug in the cctv. Those cctv that are connected to internet use either of the following method

- cctv with wifi -> wifi (router) -> internet
(or)
- normal wired cctv -> cctv controller that has ethernet connectivity -> router -> internet

For cctv with wifi, it's also called as ip camera.
For cctv controller, also called as dvr, one example that support ethernet
is this one http://www.cctvcamerapros.com/Surveillance...dvr-mp416x2.htm

normally, alarm is connected to phoneline.. but if your home only have unify and no normal phone line... the only choice is to use alarm that connects to gsm (using celcom/digi/maxis) to send alert to user's phone.

U mean TM careline.. i don't think will help because the alarm are not their product..
all alarm connection to internet are different for different type of alarm.. there's no way
for TM to provide guideline for the alarm connection..
