basically you just want all your units to have protoss's toughness, and able attack from long range, and able to shoot both land and air ... yeah ... might as well build your own game.
I think why don't you add one more research: 100m 100g, instant win if your race is Protoss.

zerg dont have unit that can walk over cliff. what about.................banelings centrafugal hook upgrade to walk over cliff......WOOTS!
