Just because your collosus get pawned by vikings, then you require it can attack air ... do u know viking is suppose to beat collosus in the first place? immortal already very powerful against land unit, and you want it to anti air some more ...
basically you just want all your units to have protoss's toughness, and able attack from long range, and able to shoot both land and air ... yeah ... might as well build your own game.
I think why don't you add one more research: 100m 100g, instant win if your race is Protoss.
