Yup, if its the HTC White Screen, then confirmed its CWM problem ..looping @ quietly brilliant means that ROM problem, supposed able to enter recovery menu

You forgot to ask 1 critical question... he did ENG S-Off or not..?

I'm not sure, should be 3.0.0.6 because I download from market not too long ago

there is one way by plugging the usb one..i ve forgotten how..polar told me before..

flashing wrong theme also will cause bootloop..(i experienced it before )

..not quite sure...can you try do the fastboot again, OFF phone...hold power down and press power button..and PRAY HARD it will go to bootloader

Nice, ..now go to recovery ...got one option there for recovery...choose that one and press power button, you should boot to recovery...anyway, you got ARHD 3.1 zip file??

Do I need to have the ARHD 3.1 zip file when I go into recovery ?
Dont have anything to put files into micro sd right now.

no cable?? ...well, bootloops happen when your ROM is corrupted ...and you need to re-flash the same ROM on top of the current ROM that you are using now (ARHD 3.1 right )...now, you need ARHD 3.1 zip to be flash with...
