The Asus UL20a is still selling at around RM2k in some shops... so is the old M500, M300 etc. Customers who get conned will literary be paying more for less

The K53U will eventually come, just give it some time... if really cannot wait, then try out the K43U, they're basically the same except for the size....
If you're okay with the K43U, then just pre-order the K53U 

Iinm, the K43U is the same as the K53U apart from the size, so if one is in a hurry to get the K53U, he/she can just judge the quality of the K53U based on the K43U 

Update: I was updating the weights for them laptops in the pricelist and I've come to realize that the weights given in Asus's website doesn't really seem accurate.... Asus K43U weighs 2.6kg?

Imho, the keyboard dock is worth it, with extra ports, extra battery life (up to 16 hours) as well as SD card reader iinm 

Yes, the dock can be used to power the tablet if the tablet has run out of juice

The 5MP camera is kinda useless

It's below average in photo quality.

You have to see what kind of camera sensor they put in also. My HTC Touch2's 3.2MP cam also can't match my SE K660i's 2MP camera.
