just a question. how would i know if the laptop is running on sandy bridge chipset??
*
Sandy Bridge processors have a "2" prefix on their codenames i.e. i7-2630QM; old ones are just i7-740QM nod.gif
As for the chipset. All the laptops available now are free of chipset problem, except certain Sony models iirc hmm.gif

QUOTE(Riddhy @ Apr 7 2011, 01:10 PM)
well u can use usb odd to play ahem lar

acer 3750g would have been a steal if at least with gt 525m but ppl can get it at 2k  so it would be nice but it has the same old boring cheap looking aspire chassis.

about u41sv are u guys sure its coming 2 months later? i found a pic which looks insteresting it compares u series with acer timelinex series in terms of weight and thickness

another question is some sellers selling n53sv here at 2500 or even lower then what will happen to the price of a43sv/a53sv around 2.2k?
gives me hope that n43sl will also come down to 2500 and so does u41sv

Added on April 7, 2011, 1:24 pmalso whats the detailed spec of ge620 does it include blu ray?  750gb 7200 rpm hdd? usb 3? some ppl oready seling n53sn at 3200  so msi  have to lower the price as 8 gb is now useless
*
I'd prefer TimelineX 3830T, specs' nothing much to shout about, but for the looks and price, its worth it wub.gif
That aside, the 3750G would already be a steal since there's not much contenders laugh.gif
I don't think the U41Sv will take so long to reach Malaysian shores.... by the time it arrives a majority of the market share would have been "stolen" by other brands, especially Acer laugh.gif

Yeah, its possible that the N43SL's price would be decreased as well. If not, they probably won't sell well laugh.gif

As for the MSI GE620:

HP netbooks seldom come with FreeDOS...
But usually the price could be bargain to be around RM50+ less? hmm.gif
I really love the design haha, review seemed impressive as well

Huh? 1215B with E-350 at RM1399 is FreeDOS right? hmm.gif
Wouldn't it be better if you just get the HP Dm1z with OS? Just need to bargain for best price~

how powerful is gma3150 ? integrated or seperate gc ?
all i3 second gen comes with intel hd3000 rite ?
imma now aiming for fujitsu huhu , but no usb3.0 T_T
*
Err... GMA 3150 are crappy integrated GPU found in Atom netbooks thumbup.gif
All mobile SB processors come with Intel HD3000, which is more or less on par with ATI HD5470 and slightly better than Nvidia G310M
Fujitsu's aren't really good for gaming, should warn you about that haha laugh.gif
Budget?

Why not? The new SB ULV processors have them as well laugh.gif
And Alienware has already fitted Nvidia's dedicated GT335M and GT540M GPU in the M11x laugh.gif

Acer Aspire 4253-E352G50 compare with Lenovo G475, AMD E-350 + AMD HD6310@RM1349, FreeDOS the price just different 200 based on acer come with OS so which 1 better? http://ncs.com.my/index.php?productID=2167 RM1549 same spec if no mistake with lenovo!

Its down to personal preferences, for me, I would prefer the G475 with OS, less hassle and good keyboard laugh.gif

how come he is most cheaper than lenovo & acer? but u still let the G475 best value? b'cos come with OS or w/o OS?

Personally I don't like installing everything myself, hence the G475 would be better nod.gif
Both the K43 and Acer 4253 comes with FreeDOS... So it depends on you because iinm, the K43 has 2 years international warranty which may come in handy as well...
