Depends on your definition of best, best in price? Best in performance?
Imho, which one is "best" depends on your usage.... If you multi-task ALOT, then the quad core i7 would be better...
If not, save the money and go for the i5

^If idle, i7-2630QM consumes 16W while i5-2520M consumes 15.8W .

For i7, if you watch full HD video, it just like idle~<10% but better take i5 because i7 just overkill~for A-series, it need +RM300, i rather use this money to get accessories~

Agreed, no point forking out more money for an SB i7 if one is not using it..
Save RM300 and get the N43SL instead laugh.gif
And the rest of the money for something else~

guys i need some suggesstions

what are the thin laptops available now like

3820tg, u36jc, v130, u460?

can i get a v130 at lyp stores?

i am looking for a thin laptop as my 2ndary laptop but now since laptop prices have come down and you can get the best specs laptop at 3.2k so i dont want to spend much

will an asus k43u serve my purpose i want to read/edit office docs, pdf, excel, listen to music, browse internet do youtube. will it feel slow and sluggish? hows the battery life for k43u?

i really want a thin laptop but dont want to spend more than 2k
