I just found this relatively useful tool to burn in my new headphone and decide to share share

http://www.jlabaudio.com/burn.php

let the player load, and play it WITHOUT WEARING THE HEADPHONE!

The audio burn in file contains a nonstop loop of: White noise, pink noise, radio white noise, 20-20000 Hz frequency sweeps, 10-30000 Hz frequency sweeps, 20-200 Hz frequency sweeps, as well as a minute of silence in between each for a rest period. This ensures all frequencies are burnt in compared to playing music only, as music frequency are not static

Instead of having to logon the internet, firing up your browser, surfing to that jlabaudio site to burn-in your earphones you might as well just download this burn-in wave generator program

http://www.burninwave.com/generator_dl.htm

you do not need to do so, but with JLab you can as they got rest periods between sounds

it won't , in comparison with other burn in, this has rest periods among burns, so wont harm your headphones. If you do audio sweeps yourself, and non stop it goes, then it will harm the can

not scientifically proven, but yes, it will help, at least for 3 of my headphones, and 2 of my amps, and a soundcard

u will slowly notice that the music sounds better, and the truth is that as long as u play audio, all the involved components get burned in
