I having similar problem on LED shown me using Nvidia GPU and i managed to solve this problem.

This is because of i installed the GPU Meter Gadgets. I think the LED will turn on when the GPU Meter checking the Graphic card status. Please remove the GPU Meter Gadget the LED will OFF.

Hope this will help

Guys, is it good that i put 4 x 2gb ram ??
*
nothing wrong. But just you cannot upgrade in the future as you fully utilized all the memory slot or you need to throw away ur existing ram for upgrade.

What LCD or LED you are connect to? HDMI got a few version. You might want to look into it. The refresh rate and the resolution you set in your laptop or tv may affected it too.

Q4. My notebook was purchased in a country other than where I reside. Can I use the ITW to get my notebook fixed in my home country?
A4. No, only bona fide travelers who are in possession of a copy of the original sales invoice of the notebook may bring claims under the Acer ITW. The definition of a "bona fide traveler" under the Acer ITW is a person temporarily outside the territorial scope of the local warranty covering the respective notebook, without the intention of establishing a permanent residence. Otherwise, the notebook will only have a local warranty from where it was purchased; you will have to pay for any repairs made outside the country of purchase.

i had ie9 installed. but after few days i uninstalled it. why?

cause it keeps giving me ie has shutdown because of error loop. everytime turn on ie9 b4 any webpage is opened the program shutdown coz of error, and keeps looping. removed it and use chrome. for me chrome still sexiest!

i hving similar issue on ie9, the error loop. For me, is because i go to a website required Java. E.g. UOB bank webpage login. Problem solved after i installed the java engine from www.java.com.

ya strongly agree with u... DV6 is better is juz becoz of its graphic nia.. design im not so like it... it is more 'round' instead n dun hv the ram slot like N53sn
but 1 thing bad about asus this season is the CARRY BAG realy sucks... the zip holder is juz using some kind of fake leather n without ASUS wording or logo on it... looks realy palia la... n the size is realy SMALL... mad.gif  vmad.gif i very like the previous season the grey color 1... tat look most elegant n pretiest
*
DV6 warranty only 1 year rite? For me, not worth to buy a laptop only come with 1 year warranty which others already giving 2 to 3 years. Can you imagine if your laptop spoiled right after 1 year? You think they can fix for you?
