hey guys...i'm wondering what is the temperature of this laptop versus ACER 5750g under stress... is temperature one of the factor for i7 to overclock itself??if it is, the one with higher temperature will be harder to hv a chance to overclock...

So must reinstall? Because if I didn't reinstall but straight to the ticking part, it's not working.

EDIT: Reinstalled, still not widescreen after ticking it. what's wrong?

i watching video....sudenly then screen crash...then the laptop hang....
wtf....would it be the ram i add in de problem ?
cuz i add 2x2gb 1333mhz ram into it....

Mine does not flex like that...maybe only in the middle

line line line green like hardisk spoilt.... whole screen....not blank...bt the screen hang there....then i have to off the power n restart...8gb...total up

erm...jus hapen once...i change my n53sn be4 ady...tis is the new one...asus renew for me...so it happen again...so i thk should not b laptop prob...my fren ask me take out 2x2gb ram n test...abit lazy...so i nw i keep trying...bt nw ok ady...so i also wonder wat is goin on nw >.<

i just installed 8gb of ram from 4gb. your ram got install properly?

Walao you all upgrade RAM then i also upgrade la. Add 2gb so 3x2gb for triple channel

Guys, just wanna ask whether u all shutdown might have the force shutdown thingy appear but before u can click on it, the laptop has shutdown cause im experiencing this prob sometimes..

Like that it won't run in triple channel cuz the system doesn't support it.

wow, im impress that the sn had that many probs.. i must quickly get 1 to help solve (would be fun)
anyways, the force shutdown thingie may be caused by some programs still saving etc or updates which is still installing(most of it) -check which programs tat windows is having probs shutting down and post back for me to c..like process heavy things like psd n premier will take ages to close
one way to slove is to increase the w8ing period for shutdown's or like what i do on my comp is be4 i shutdown i click my desktop n start menu 6 times each soo that most process is cleared (switching windows programs to the most recent state) and i would hav shutdowns or entering sleep mode quickly..(pple complain sleep takes ages to enter and i found this technique works well)
